The trial is designed to give you complete, hands-on evaluation of Stimalo before committing to a paid plan. You may cancel at any time during the trial — no charges occur.
By upgrading to a paid monthly plan after your trial, you confirm that you have had sufficient time and access to evaluate the Service. You expressly consent to immediate access to the digital service and waive your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m) (digital content/service supplied after the consumer's prior express consent to begin performance).
Monthly subscriptions are not refundable once charged. You may cancel at any time from your account settings to prevent the next monthly renewal — your access to Pro features remains active until the end of the current billing period.
By subscribing to a paid annual plan after your 30-day free trial, you confirm that you have had ample time and access to evaluate the Service. You expressly consent to immediate access to the digital service and waive your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m) (digital content/service supplied after the consumer's prior express consent to begin performance).
Annual subscriptions are not refundable once charged. You may cancel at any time from your account settings to prevent renewal at the next anniversary — your access to Pro features remains active until the end of the period already paid.
We will issue a full or pro-rated refund in the following cases, regardless of the subscription type:
Refund requests for the above cases must be submitted to [email protected] within 30 days of the event. We will process valid requests within 14 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancellation stops all future renewals immediately. Access to Pro features remains active until the end of the period already paid. No partial refund is issued for the time remaining in the current billing period (except for service-related cases).
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving any legitimate issue within 48 hours.
Initiating an unjustified chargeback without prior contact may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending refund eligibility.
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer protection rights granted by EU law or by the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. EU consumers retain the right to escalate disputes to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
